ベーシッククラスのＡとＢについて[2024.11.28]

どちらもベーシッククラスなので、全ての方が受講可能となります。ＡとＢはテクニックの内容の違いで、１週間単位で変わっていきます。例えば今週のＡが「マウントポジション」、Ｂが「パスガード」で、翌週のＡが「バックコントロール」、Ｂが「スパイダーガード」と内容が変わっていくものとなります。
